Rally points (the location where newly constructed ships are automatically sent) do not work correctly. When a rally point is initially set, ships are indeed sent there but any subsequent changes to the rally point location are ignored; the initial one is still used.

Rally object (like a rally point but, usually, a ship of some kind) selection does not work when using a Command-P and click-select on a ship; the ship is selected instead. (Workaround: use Command-P and drag-select the rally object.)
